ADU – Built into the hayloft of a Barn

This project was started in 2022 before the Affordable Homes Act passed in Massachusetts. It involved building a 700 sq ft Accessory Apartment in the hayloft of an 1880's Barn that was attached to a Farmhouse.

ADU – Design Challenge Showcase

This design was submitted as an accessible ADU design and accepted for inclusion in the showcase.

Countertops – Custom Cabinets

This project moved the door from the kitchen into the dining room and turned the knee wall into a usable island with plenty of storage by adding a custom-built display cabinet under a northern white fir counter top.

Staircases – Grandfathered Replacement

This project removed an old steep staircase and installed a beautiful winding staircase that met modern building codes.

Kitchens – Remodel

This project installed a brand new kitchen in an underused addition built onto a 1902 bungalow. 

Pergolas – Hot Tub

This project built a hot tub platform on the side of a steep hill and topped it with a pergola that used polycarbonate panels for the roof.

Studios – Green Screen

This project built a seamless green screen in an old mill building. The curve from the wall to the floor removes the horizon and allows editors to easily insert a digital background.

Doors – Barndoor

This project created a visually stunning sound partition between the bedrooms and the living room with a custom pi-parting barn door and glass transom.

Commercial – Conference Room

This project was to design and install a conference room that was light airy but offered a degree of privacy. This was accomplished by building the walls out of fluted acrylic panels.

Barns – New Foundation

This project lifted an 1880s barn off its wooden piers and installed a concrete foundation under it.

Additions – Great Room

For this project, we had to squeeze a 12 x 20 ft addition between the house and the garage. This was done by removing the breezeway and the garage roof and building a whole new structure for it to sit within.

Offices – Cubicles

For this project, we were asked to design some oversized partitions to create individual spaces in a wide-open office.

Desks – Custom Nook

This project took an underused storage bay and turned it into a practical office by installing a custom floating desk.
