Who We Are<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Blocks and Spots LLC is a building improvement company that was established in 2019 by Garrett LaFrance. With over 25 years of experience finding creative solutions to problems, Garrett applied his skills to tackling the universal issue of home improvement projects in 2015. He is an experienced craftsman who likes to see every project through from design to installation. He knows how to break down projects into simple steps and how to get them done on time and on budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Garrett believes in learning and growing. In 2023, he passed the bar and received his Construction Supervisor license. This marks a new chapter at Blocks and Spots as they are now able to take on full commercial projects as well as building NEW homes from the ground up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garett works with his wife Liz. She is a top-notch Designer who has inspired many projects and helped owners create some very unique spaces. Together they make a fantastic team, that knows how to inspire and bring ideas to life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
